The CamX Triton HD is one of the most versatile intraoral camera systems available — combining real HD imaging, caries detection, and patient communication tools in a single, elegantly designed handpiece.
At the heart of the system is an intelligent interchangeable head design that lets you switch quickly between three specialised functions. The CAM head delivers pin-sharp real HD images and live video, with Liquid Lens Technology Autofocus and a flexible focal distance that handles everything from full-face to macro shots. Two LEDs provide uniform illumination for consistently excellent image quality. The Spectra head takes caries detection to the next level — using violet light to stimulate bacteria in carious areas, which display as red on screen while healthy enamel shows green, giving both clinician and patient an immediate, easy-to-read visual. The Proxi head enables radiation-free interproximal caries detection, making it particularly valuable when treating children or pregnant patients.
Slim, rounded, and ergonomically designed for comfortable in-hand use, the CamX Triton HD connects via USB and integrates smoothly with practice management software. Images and videos save directly to the patient's digital chart for long-term monitoring and treatment tracking.
