Go Digital Without Starting Over

The ScanX Classic is a practical, cost-effective way to make the move to digital radiography without replacing your existing X-ray system. It works with your current AC or DC setup, eliminating the film processor, the chemicals, and the ongoing maintenance costs — while delivering sharp, diagnostic-quality images in seconds.

This four-track system scans up to four phosphor storage plates (PSPs) simultaneously, handling intraoral sizes 0 through 4 as well as extraoral Panoramic, Cephalometric, and TMJ plates — making it a genuinely do-everything solution for any practice. Images are delivered at up to 18 lp/mm true resolution and are immediately ready to review, share, archive, or send.

The wafer-thin, wireless PSPs are 30 times thinner than wired sensors and have a 100% active surface area, capturing up to 40% more anatomy than a comparable wired sensor. Rounded corners and flexible construction make them comfortable for all patients, including children, elderly patients, and those with gag reflex sensitivities. Each PSP is hygienically sealed with a ScanX barrier envelope and automatically erased after scanning, ready for immediate reuse. No annual maintenance fees. No insurance costs. PSPs can be reused hundreds of times.

A film-like workflow means your team can get up and running with minimal training and fewer retakes.
