The Easy Feed concept lets you scan IDX PSPs quickly one after the other, with interchangeable guides that accommodate all intraoral plate formats from size 0 to 4. A high-resolution colour display provides an intuitive, easy-to-navigate interface, and multiple scan jobs can be sent simultaneously from different workstations — so your team isn't waiting around. A standalone mode allows images to be temporarily stored on the device's internal memory when network access isn't available, then automatically transferred to the patient record once reconnected.
Image quality is first-rate. The ScanX Swift 2.0 reliably highlights incipient carious lesions and makes even the smallest bone structures visible. VisionX uses AI to automatically check the orientation of intraoral X-ray images based on anatomical features and corrects rotation automatically — reducing retakes and keeping workflows clean. The IDX PSPs paired with this system carry individual QR codes that track plate condition across the practice, alerting you when a plate begins to deteriorate or has been exposed from the wrong side.
